Use General for project-level implications, Scope for outcomes and product records, Architecture for solution semantics, UI/UX for design packages, Kanban for flow admission, Delivery for implementation, and Releases for release readiness.

Separate facts, proposals, approval gates, lifecycle states, and forecasts. Every approval record identifies the exact item, approver or delegated authority, UTC date, conditions, and durable evidence. Contradictions remain visible and blocked until the owning channel resolves them; do not silently choose a direction. Link canonical records instead of copying them into competing registries.
