Deliver a documentation change

What you'll need

• Node.js 20 or newer
• pnpm 10.15.1
• repository access for the test branch

Flow

1. Fetch the current remote state.
2. Change authoritative Markdown, MDX, YAML, or Draw.io source.
3. Run pnpm data:index after scope-record changes.
4. Run pnpm validate, pnpm typecheck, and pnpm build.
5. Review the complete diff and commit it.
6. Push to test under the approved delivery authority.
7. Require exact-head Actions success and deployed page-body readback.
