Control the bootstrap MVP scope

The recorded project override authorizes implementation of the catalog-to-confirmation bootstrap MVP. Approval is bounded to the four Features under ESHOPV1-EP-1 and the supporting documentation, test, and internal deployment work required to demonstrate them.

• Static, source-evidenced catalog of 9 verified products (the 12-item target was narrowed when AliExpress anti-bot validation blocked defensible additional records; no prices are invented)
• Client cart behavior
• PayPal Sandbox checkout through a server credential boundary
• Confirmation experience
• Internal home-lab container operation

Explicitly excluded from go-live

Production PayPal credentials or transactions, real ordering/fulfillment, customer accounts, production personal data, vendor purchasing or scraping, production security approval, public launch, legal/compliance acceptance, and spend commitments.
