Gaps​

  • Current implementation, maintenance and production hosting suppliers for the operational EDA and certification services were not publicly established; the 2022 award covered preparatory work, not delivery. The 2025 creation award for the energy-information collection system does not prove acceptance, production release or hosting. No NPNAVIS award body was found, so its selected supplier, signed contract, original developer, hosting and release dates remain unknown.
