The AeroSim project team has eight members (seven humans and the executing code agent):

The seven human members and the delegated AeroSim project lead may exercise the project approval gates defined in the Scope, Architecture, UI/UX, Kanban, Delivery, and Releases documentation. Every approval must be explicit, exact in scope, and attributable to a verified identity and authority source; discussion, silence, automation, or CI success is not approval.
RootAtSkic assigned MartynasP as the primary AeroSim Scope owner on 2026-09-28 in Scope message 1554069052773900391, succeeding Jone Tamulaite - Nong (discord:1067100220321714278) when she left the project. MartynasP now owns routine Epic and Feature lifecycle, priority, outcome, and Approved for Solution decisions under the Scope authority contract. RootAtSkic remains the backup owner. Historical decisions remain preserved under the authority that applied when they were made.
All members have verified effective access to the seven AeroSim Discord channels. On 2026-08-25, Piotras's effective VIEW_CHANNEL, SEND_MESSAGES, and READ_MESSAGE_HISTORY access was verified in the Board channel and all seven AeroSim channels. Member-specific overwrites restore VIEW_CHANNEL; inherited guild permissions supply SEND_MESSAGES and READ_MESSAGE_HISTORY.
root-at-skic, martynas-pazusis, linas, piotras, and jarvis-at-skic belong to both Gitea organization teams. aerosim-maintainers (team ID 23) covers four current project repositories and aerosim-skill-maintainers (team ID 24) covers fourteen adopted skill repositories. Piotras's exact memberships and repository coverage were independently verified on 2026-08-25. Jenny, Panther Skeleton, and Eduard require verified Gitea identities before repository write access can be assigned; no direct collaborator was added.
