Delivery scope

Measure catalogue render time, aircraft model initialization time, peak and post-disposal browser memory, deployed namespace CPU and memory, and result for every declared browser/input pair using fixed representative lightest and heaviest supported aircraft fixtures; compare measurements with explicit Architecture-owned budgets.

Implementation contract

Implementation artifacts

  • applications/web/test/quality/aircraft-selection-quality.spec.ts
  • applications/web/test/quality/fixtures/aircraft-quality-matrix.ts
  • applications/web/test/quality/results/aircraft-quality-result.schema.json

Inputs

  • Explicit performance and resource budgets, declared browser/input matrix, and fixed aircraft fixtures.
  • Captured timing, memory, CPU, and compatibility observations for an exact candidate revision.

Outputs

  • A machine-readable result per aircraft and matrix row with measurement, budget, pass/fail, environment, and candidate revision.

Failure boundaries

  • Missing budget, skipped matrix row, unavailable fixture, non-finite measurement, exceeded budget, browser error, or retained disposed resources marks that row failed and prevents aggregate pass.

Excluded scope

  • This task does not set or weaken Architecture budgets.
  • Undeclared aircraft, browsers, and input devices are not certified.

Verification steps

  • Run applications/web/test/quality/aircraft-selection-quality.spec.ts for every declared matrix row and both fixed aircraft fixtures.
  • Validate every result with applications/web/test/quality/results/aircraft-quality-result.schema.json and assert finite measurements.
  • Inject an exceeded budget, skipped row, and retained-resource case; assert each prevents aggregate pass.
