Acceptance

Acceptance outcomes

  1. 01

Closure requires explicit confirmation and ends the active authenticated session.

  2. 02

An archived account cannot be used normally.

  3. 03

A user can restore the archived account within the agreed retention window and resume normal use.

  4. 04

After the retention window expires, restoration is unavailable and the agreed permanent-removal or anonymization outcome is enforced.

Dependencies and risks

Dependencies

None recorded.

Risks

  • Retention duration, archived-user authentication, restoration proof, and data-deletion obligations require explicit decisions.
  • Legacy intends a seven-day window, but its date calculation is questionable and its cleanup relies on a scheduler; neither defect should be preserved.
