Establishes an identifiable workspace that can be reopened and extended.

- Create a project with a required name and optional description.
- Record the creator as the project's owner.
- Keep collaborator addition and role assignment in MAZENG-EP-4 rather than this Feature.

Valid details create exactly one project visible in the creator's project list.

The creator can open the new project and is recorded as its owner.

- Adding collaborators during creation belongs to MAZENG-FT-15 and must not be conflated with workspace creation.
