Goal

Project owners and maintainers can add existing Maze users and assign viewer, developer, maintainer, owner, or administrator project roles.

Teams can collaborate on the same project while each person acts through their own account and assigned role.

Cloud projects often require several people to contribute without sharing one account or receiving the same level of access.

Delivery scope

An owner or maintainer needs to bring existing Maze users into a project without sharing accounts.

A collaborator's responsibilities change and their project access must change without removing and re-adding them.

A person needs to leave unwanted project work, while project managers need to remove access that is no longer appropriate.
