A reviewable GitOps change binds the exact Release 1.0.0 candidate through project template source, authoritative rendering, rendered repository output, pull-request identity, and exact-head checks while stopping before merge or deployment.

Delivery scope

Update only the project-owned GitOps template source with exact candidate references, run the authoritative render, verify only expected rendered files change, publish separate template and rendered commits as required by repository policy, open or refresh the exact pull request, and record exact-head check evidence.

Inputs

  • TASK-0129 immutable candidate and TASK-0130 operational plan, treated as execution gates rather than graph dependencies.
  • Repository-native template, render, validation, branch, pull-request, and exact-head CI contracts.

Outputs

  • Reviewed template-source and rendered GitOps commits that select only the exact Release 1.0.0 candidate.
  • Pull-request and exact-head check evidence with explicit RootAtSkic approval required before deployment.

Failure boundaries

  • Reject template or rendered output that references a different application revision, digest, chart, namespace, route, configuration, or secret name.
  • Stop when rendering changes unrelated project resources, repository validation fails, the PR head moves, required checks fail, or review evidence is stale.
  • Stop before merge, Argo CD synchronization, or deployment.

Excluded scope

  • Do not merge the GitOps pull request, synchronize Argo CD, mutate secrets, or deploy AeroSim.

Verification steps

  • Validate the project template source, run the authoritative renderer, and compare template inputs with rendered output and TASK-0129 candidate references.
  • Verify only expected project files changed and all repository-native checks pass.
  • Read back branch SHAs, pull-request head/base, review state, and every exact-head CI job; assert RootAtSkic approval is still required.

Verified delivery: Template PR #14 merged reviewed head ba0f231269124e8baca89301cac1ea02cc42ae70 as c25d114024f4ca41022ca011fa2c336296834ce8. Rendered PR #24 remains open at exact reviewed head 9830f9997f2d7c26a3f89a512289fec7f41ef969. Authoritative render changed only 11 project-owned release/evidence contract files. Local gates passed: template 15/15; rendered Python 14/14; artifact tests 5/5; reconciliation 9/9; conftest 376/376. Both project GitOps forks have Actions disabled, so no remote PR workflow can exist. Release completion verified on product 1.0.0.0 at GitOps revision 5d3712d89dfbf7dacd993348e55f497d126c7bf9 with Argo Synced/Healthy, exact image digests, authenticated API/database access, and three-world configured-flight acceptance.

No current implementation, acceptance, release, or deployment evidence is claimed for this planned Task. Any prior implementation may be used only as prototype and discovery evidence.
