Delivery scope

Define AircraftCatalogueEntry with aircraftId, name, characteristics, modelAssetId, flightParameterSetId, parameterVersion, and enabled state; list supported entries deterministically; select and confirm one current entry; and emit an immutable AircraftSnapshot without instantiating the model.

Inputs

  • The versioned supported aircraft catalogue.
  • An aircraft selection and confirm command.

Outputs

  • An ordered list of supported aircraft with identifiable characteristics.
  • An immutable AircraftSnapshot containing catalogue and parameter identities and versions.

Failure boundaries

  • Absent, duplicate, disabled, unknown, or incomplete catalogue entry returns the corresponding code and cannot be confirmed.
  • A catalogue or parameterVersion change invalidates prior confirmation.

Excluded scope

  • Aircraft model loading, flight-parameter application, and session creation are excluded.
  • The task does not edit aircraft or flight parameters.

Verification steps

  • Run applications/web/test/preflight/aircraft-selector.spec.tsx and assert all supported entries appear once with their declared characteristics.
  • Confirm each aircraft and compare the snapshot identifiers and versions with its catalogue entry.
  • Inject absent, duplicate, disabled, unknown, incomplete, and stale entries; assert no invalid snapshot is emitted.
