Delivery scope

Define CameraOption records keyed by stable cameraId; derive the pre-flight selector from the versioned camera registry; show each supported option name and viewpoint description; confirm one CameraSnapshot; and invalidate confirmation when registry version or selected camera changes.

Inputs

  • The versioned supported camera registry.
  • A selected cameraId and confirm command.

Outputs

  • A selected CameraOption and immutable CameraSnapshot with cameraId and registryVersion.

Failure boundaries

  • Unknown, disabled, duplicate, or missing cameraId cannot be confirmed and returns its registry validation code.
  • A registry-version change invalidates an older confirmation.

Excluded scope

  • In-flight camera switching and camera motion are owned by AEROSIM-FT-12.
  • This task does not initialize a render camera or create a session.

Verification steps

  • Run applications/web/test/preflight/initial-camera-selector.spec.tsx for every registry option.
  • Assert each displayed identifier and description comes from the registry and each supported option can be confirmed.
  • Inject unknown, disabled, duplicate, missing, and stale-version cases and assert confirmation is rejected.

Verified delivery: application PR #151 reviewed head 32904d9568c377de1a990d99cd6842a7e6813f58 merged as d3082831eb11d3af08acd9e439fd2f4f39a328a0. The versioned immutable camera registry publishes four stable supported options; the production pre-flight briefing presents registry-sourced identifiers, names, and viewpoint descriptions; confirmation emits an immutable CameraSnapshot; and missing, duplicate, disabled, unknown, incomplete, changed-selection, and stale-version cases fail closed without fallback. Focused initial-camera tests pass 16/16; the full web Vitest suite passes 1262/1262 under isolated serial execution; browser flight suites pass 81/81; repository lint, typecheck, build, formatting, production audit, candidate CI run 4684 attempt 1, integration validation run 4686 attempt 3, and immutable image publication run 4685 attempt 2 passed. Harbor readback resolved Nebula digest sha256:77b61d7ebe42aa8c427d64586af6d748498685456d91c0f14c013e0fb0cff0ce and Singularity digest sha256:727d61177120f15a910c715e325b953503b1e359e4dbc27bf6b2679b72832570 for the exact integration revision. Release completion verified on product 1.0.0.0 at GitOps revision 5d3712d89dfbf7dacd993348e55f497d126c7bf9 with Argo Synced/Healthy, exact image digests, authenticated API/database access, and three-world configured-flight acceptance.
