Delivery scope

Align the latest-resumable API and home projection on an explicit non-error empty response while retaining fail-closed handling for authentication, database, and malformed-record failures.

Failure boundaries

  • Fail release acceptance when the reproduced production behavior remains possible or the correction is not bound to the exact launched configuration.

  • Do not broaden this correction into later-release Training, Logbook, or unrelated account-management scope.

Verification steps

  • Use a new authenticated pilot and verify Home reports no resumable activity with a successful API response and no console resource error.
  • Create valid and invalid saved activities and verify only the latest valid resumable record enables Resume while real failures remain distinguishable.

Verified delivery: application PR #196 exposes the authenticated latest-resumable API, returns a typed successful empty response for a pilot with no valid resumable activity, preserves distinct authentication, retrieval, and malformed-record failures, and keeps Home stable without Resume or a misleading retry action. Exact-head and integration CI passed and immutable application images were published for the integration revision; production rollout and the final authenticated release scenario remain Release-owned. Release completion verified on product 1.0.0.0 at GitOps revision 5d3712d89dfbf7dacd993348e55f497d126c7bf9 with Argo Synced/Healthy, exact image digests, authenticated API/database access, and three-world configured-flight acceptance.
