Each Feature receives its own Board profile with purpose, value, scope, dependencies, every requirement, every child Task, lifecycle status, architecture/KDD coverage, benefits, drawbacks, risks, stakeholders, sign-off evidence, and unresolved governance actions.
Current Board warning
33 of 34 Release 1 Features remain canonically Proposed. ADR-0001 and ADR-0002 are Accepted with exact Architecture-owner conditions; KDD-R1-03 is conditionally accepted, KDD-R1-04 and KDD-R1-05 are returned, and KDD-R1-06 remains open. Authenticated UAT, a new immutable release identity, production-promotion authority, nine Task closures, and human post-release acceptance remain explicit gates. No Scope, UAT, release, or product acceptance is inferred from Architecture approval, CI, deployment, or this report.
